From Pinnacle to Vallant

For years, Pinnacle Bank has grown by staying close to the communities we serve. Now,
we’re taking the next step, coming together with Morris Bank to form Vallant Bank.

This move strengthens our ability to serve you while staying rooted in the same local
approach you love.

What is happening between Pinnacle Bank and Morris Bank

The two banks are combining to create a leading Georgia community bank named Vallant Bank. Vallant represents a true partnership, allowing the combined bank to perform at a continuing high level of service while offering products and services desired by customers. Plus, you will continue to see the same familiar faces in your favorite locations.

The Pinnacle Bank and Morris Bank markets do not overlap, allowing the new bank to retain existing locations and teams. All located in Georgia!

The majority of accounts will keep the same number. There is a small group of customers from both banks with duplicate accounts. We will contact this group personally to resolve the issue.

Yes! You can continue to use the existing card until it reaches the expiration date. At that time, the updated Vallant Card will be mailed to you.

On Monday, June 15, your Pinnacle Bank app will have you update to the Vallant Bank app. Once that happens, it will work as always.
